Willie was surrendered to Rosie Animal Adoption due to a change in the family situation.  Willie is a sweet Shih Tzu who loves just to hang around.  A quiet loving and calm home would be great for Willie.  He is clean in the house.  Seems to love men.  He is a cuddler.  He likes small calm dogs -  he seems to get nervous around very active dogs.  He was living in a quiet home so the next home should be the same.  Pls fill out an application for Willie if you are the right home.  No emails will be answered - if you are the right match you will be contacted.
