Pichu's owner had her for the first 10 yrs of her life. He moved and couldn't take her with him so she was surrendered to NYC ACC. She was saved from destruction by a rescue who put her into an inappropriate foster home with another dog, based on the shelter's evaluation that she'd be ok. It wasn't working out between the dogs, so the rescue put her into boarding - and forgot about her and her bills! Abandoned again! Pichu is an "average" rated dog. Medium sized (needs to lose a few pounds). Medium energy level. Very nice house manners. Walks nicely on leash. Wants to be with her person. She loves men but will bond with a woman. Good with older kids but toddlers and babies make her nervous.
