My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ethan!

Ethan is a 1-year-old stunning young male pittie mix with a light brown coat with soft hints of black and white fur. If his multi-camo paint job doesn’t grab your attention, his deep brown eyes surely will. Match that with his love of life and ability to snuggle his way into your heart, Ethan may just be the one for you!

Ethan found his way into the Players for Pits family by way of a high kill shelter suffering from multiple wounds and injuries while he was a stray in Chicago. Against all odds, PFP and Ethan were brought together and his healing and road to recovery began. His foster family has provided him with an abundance of TLC and a sense of safety and he is now on his way to a healthier, better life in search for his forever family.

Ethan is always ready to meet and play with other dogs. His young, kind spirit will fit right in with any pack. He does really well when going for rides in his foster mom’s car; all Ethan needs is a nice comfy seat to lay down and snuggle the miles away. Ethan and his foster mom’s 4-year-old grandson get along famously. Ethan loves to play catch and watch cartoons with him in between learning new tricks and manners. He is crate-trained and is the perfect angel in his crate.

We think Ethan should be adopted by anyone looking for a loyal, loving, and energetic companion. His trust and loyalty will foster the best partnership between him and his forever family. He loves to play, relax, and snuggle at the end of a long day. He would truly do well in almost any type of home; his positive energy and joy for life will match any setting with kids or an active family.

If it sounds like Ethan may just be your guy, head over to our website and complete an adoption survey today to meet him!!
