Hello, my name is Bella, and I am the most adorable, smart, playful dog around!” My owners moved and forgot to take me with them. How does that happen? I was cold and hungry a lot. I gave birth to puppies a few months later but my babies all froze to death and I was all alone once again. I love people and kids. It would be nice to have another dog in my life to be friends with. But, I'm only interested in checking out one thing about you, the size of your heart. And if there's room for a short, chubby little dog named Bella, then it's just the right size for me.
