My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Kaiser, at least that is what my foster Mom and Dad call me.  They love antique cars and Kaisers are some of their favorites so that is how I got my name.  I am originally from South Dakota.  Those nice pilots who volunteer their time flew me here to be with my new foster family.  My life up until now has not been so good.  I am only 10 months old and have never been in a house.  I am learning quickly though and becoming quite the house dog.  I am a little shy and afraid of all of these new things so I like being in the house better.  I feel safer.  I had a hard time with the stairs in my new home but I mastered them quickly and now can race up and down with my foster sister and brother.  I love all the attention I am getting from my new foster family and love to play with my foster brother and sister.  They are showing me the ropes.  I am getting the hang of this going outside thing and hardly have any accidents now.   I walk real well on a leash.  I am rather mild for a GSP.  At least that is what my foster Mom says.  I think I am just being cautious.  I need more time to adjust, then I will show her my true self.  I am learning my name and know that when she whistles and says my name I should come to her.  Oh, did I mention that I love toys.  They have a big basket of toys here that I keep emptying.  I don't know why they have to keep putting the toys away.  Don't they know I want to play with all of them?  I am trying to learn what sit and down means and maybe one day I will understand.  I will need more work to learn these things.  I am neutered and up-to-date with everything. I am a little guy at only 52 lbs right now although I may still grow some since I am so young.  I am quiet in my crate and don't make a mess. For now, I am looking for someone to give me my forever home.  Will you be the family to give me my forever home?

If you are interested in adopting Kaiser, please emails us at gsprescuenj@hotmail.com and ask for an adoption application.  thanks.
