Jujube is a stunning unique 3 year old mix rescued from a local pound where she was TERRIFIED. It took her a week to warm up and trust us but once she bonds she is a silly playful girl who loves attention. She clearly came from a rough abusive past, is hand-shy and struggles with trust issues and needs someone to love her on her terms. She is fine with the other dogs in her foster home, preferably males, and would do well in a home with another friendly dog to help her gain confidence. She resembles a Pom/sheltie/papillon type and is only 17lbs full grown. Jujube is spayed and updated on shots, and ready to find a permanent calmer adult home and someone who will give her time and space to trust. Email njwoof@cs.com if you are interested.
We do not have a shelter- all our pets are in foster homes and can be seen by appointment only during the week, or at our weekly pet adoptions every Sunday at the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains from 12:30 to 3PM at 3009 Route 10 East, Morris Plains, NJ. Please email njwoof@cs.com for the fastest response to make sure the dog you are interested in will be there.
