My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Baxter is a young male Mountain Cur who we originally adopted from the local animal shelter with his sister Baby, which is also listed. I have no paper work to prove they are pure breed, but I have been told by a mountain cur breeder they have all the traits. I would like to try to adopt them as a pair if possible because they have never been separated since they were puppies, but I will consider adopting them separately if need be. Baxter is very shy, loving, and energetic, he has always been the shy one out of the pair. He is good with cats, other dogs, and children. He needs a home with structure and where he can get a lot of outdoor activity to burn off his energy. He is a good dog, at the time we adopted him and his sister, we were planning on fencing in our yard to give them room to run and there was going to be someone home all day to take care of them. Our circumstances have changed and they are spending most of there time in the house alone all day.
