My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We rescued Roxy earlier this year after she was left at our local high kill shelter after being hit by a car.
After spending a couple of days at our vet, she was diagnosed with a fractured pelvis. Time and rest were prescribed, and she has since healed and been spayed and vaccinated. Thankfully she was heartworm negative.
Roxy is affectionate, loyal, comes when called and hangs close to her people.
She’s friendly and likes everyone she meets.
She loves to run and play with the other dogs out in our big open field. Roxy also loves to chase!
Balls, sticks, blowing leaves, anything that moves can entertain her for hours!
We’re guessing her to be between 1 and 2 years. She is a very young adult.
With her beautiful blue eyes and soft silky coat, we believe she is an Australian Shepard.
Roxy is a medium sized dog at 32 lbs.
Roxy behaves nicely inside and is crate trained. I do feed her in her crate, because she is not going to share her dinner or treats with others. Her ideal situation would be with an active family that can give her the exercise needed for her high energy breed.
Thanks for considering Roxy. She’s a great dog!
