Roosevelt was adopted when he was about 1 year old and came to a house with a toddler. He is smart, loving and needs to have outdoor time. Don't worry, he looks both ways when crossing the street! I have had only one issue with him and that is he chewed my iPad charging cord when it was dangling down from my bed. He would not have done it if the cord was on a table or out of temptation's way. It is hard to give him up, but I am moving to a one bedroom apartment with no outside area at all (it is downtown) He will be miserable as you can see from the, photos this cat is a nature lover. Gets along with chickens, does not pay attention to dogs, but I have not had a dog since Roosevelt came to live with us. A very affectionate an enjoyable pet for anyone. Gentle with children, and if they pull or grab him he just makes a quick exit.
