My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nata is all that and a bag of chips, as they say. If you are into Schnauzers and understand their breed, then this little gal is for you.

She has a very high level of intelligence which can be a blessing or a curse in disguise. While she learns quickly, yes indeed she does, she will also use that intelligence to figure out clever ways to avoid obeying her fosters commands. Schnauzers often think they have a better way to do things and Nata is no different. She planned it out, worked it out on paper and is ready to implement said plan.

Now, she is not all that bad really, but she has her moments. She also has adorable moments of snuggles and cuddles. Moments of love and tenderness. Moments of devotion to her folks and her fur friends. But she also has those moments of .."what can I get away with next?".

We love little Nata and we know she will make the best little dog. She adores her friends, her folks, her food, her toys and her walks. She is a smart cookie, who knows exactly what she wants and how to get it.

No Borders Animal Rescue Society (NOBARS)

We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.

NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
