My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Shylow, and I'm a soft gray dilute torbie DSH gal who was born in November 2017. Torbie means that I'm a tabby/ tortoiseshell because I look like a silver tabby with random soft peach spots on my body. In fact it looks like I've gotten splashed with caramel in a candy factory! My most striking feature is my gigantic amber eyes that are set in my angelic face. I'm quite a soothing sight to sore eyes, if I do say so myself.
Initially, I’m a very shy and reserved little girl, but once I feel comfortable around you, my personality blossoms into a sweet girl who loves and asks for attention. Eventually I emanate a cherubic aura that's very endearing.
I was barely a teenager when somehow I ended up at a tiny, low-traffic shelter. If I had stayed there, I would've had little chance of adoption. Luckily my future foster meowmy saw my beautiful photo online and couldn’t bear to leave me there. So, home I came with her, which delighted me.
I'd do best in a home without small children because loud sounds will scare me, but I'd do great with older children, other cats, or cat-friendly dogs. Don't you want to give me my furrever home? Then arrange to meet me today, and I'll mesmerize you with my big amber eyes!
Shylow is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for her indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. Her adoption fee is $125 for kittens 9 months old and younger, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in Shylow, and we can let you know exactly where you can meet her.
To adopt one of our cats, you must fill out our adoption application and be approved by one of our adoption counselors. To make the process more efficient, download the adoption application at http://www.bustersfriends.org/catadoptionapplication.shtml.
First save and then open it; then you can print it and fill it out.
