We found this dog wandering around at the abandoned house next to ours. She looked lost, hungry, and thirsty. We put her in an outdoor pen/house that we have, and we've been caring for her since. We tried to locate her possible owner via social media and radio. When we found her, she did have an old, small collar on. It's been two months and no one has claimed her yet. I brought her to the local vet to have her scanned for a chip. She does not have one. The vet tech examined her, and she determined that she was approximately six months old. She appears to be a mix between a lab and a smaller breed. She is very friendly and active. We already have a dog, and we are not looking to have another one.
I really want this young dog to find her forever home. I want her to be somewhere where she can get all the time and attention that she deserves.
