My name is Max and I am a very silly 4 yr old boy! I like to sit on the porch and observe the yard. I just relax when people are not available. Other pups can be fun. Initially I am curious about them. I am learning not to annoy the old ones who don’t want to run around. Not sure why they don’t want to have fun with me. I am good at playing with the big, fun guys.

I like food best when it is soft or soaked in some warm water because my bite is a little off. And will eat anything with a little parmesan sprinkled on it. When I know the food is coming I hop around just to make sure you remember where my place is. I call it my happy dance. I am very patient if you need time to prepare something for me. And I wait my turn when treats come out.

My most favorite thing in the world is love and hugs – giving them or getting them. I am trying very hard to be a gentle giant but when it comes to love I get so excited I sing as loudly as I can. I still cuddle a bit roughly. I just can’t help it. My cuddle pals need to be big enough to handle my enormous strength because I give all I have. I do calm down and enjoy resting my head on anyone around.

I can walk on a leash nicely. I do like to see you and others because I can’t hear; I only notice sounds through vibrations. My vision is not 100% but I do have some vision and get around well. I also have a little bit of rickets in my leg but it makes me more handsome.

Car rides are fun. I can stretch out and see the world. I sleep with the other pups even though I think I would like to sleep with people.

If I could do anything I would still be a puppy who could fit my entire self on your lap.
