My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blakeny and her momma were rescued from Devore Shelter in October of 2016. This little sweetheart was only about 3 weeks old when she was rescued. She’s now grown up to be lovely little girl with a huge personality.

Blakeny is beautifully marked and super photogenic. (If you like to take selfies and cat pictures, she’s the one for you!) She is pretty sure she rules the world. She gets along well with other cats and kittens as well as dogs. She may take a little while to open up to you, but within a couple days will be a cuddle bug. She loves to play with catnip toys, feather toys, hair scrunchies, lasers, and anything else she can turn into a toy.

Because she’s wary of quick movements and anyone trying to handle her abruptly, she would be best suited in a home without small children. She is better suited to, and much more responsive with, teenagers and adults.
