What can we say about Roscoe? He is a special boy, who needs a special Forever Family! He is a 2 year old Lab-mix who is full of energy and personality! Roscoe would do best in a home with no cats and children over 15, as he doesn't realize his size and that not everyone is up for play time! He will also require a fenced yard, and someone who will not be gone more than four hours at a time as he does not like being left alone for too long.
