MAY 5, 2018:
Curtis is a DSH tabby, male, DOB 3-13-18 and is living in foster care.
This darling little tabby kitten was brought into the shelter when he was hours old. The momma cat was very ill and placed Curtis on a nice man’s porch in the hope that he would look after the infant kitten since she could not. The man brought Curtis right to the shelter, and staff immediately called in our best bottle baby foster person. Curtis has thrived in her care. He is actually big for his age, and may grow up to be a large cat. Right now he has the funniest sticky-uppy coat - like he just came out of a dryer without a static sheet. Curtis has an adorable speckled belly that is just right for kisses. He is an absolute love. He snuggles into your neck and “makes muffins.” Curtis is ready to be adopted into your home. He comes with a neutering certificate to be used when he is old enough to be fixed. “No more orphan kittens,” is his motto.
Lotto is in foster care. For more information, please contact Georgie at 434 946-2591 or call the office at 434 263-7722.
NOTE: All animals are spayed/neutered as soon as practical after arriving at our facility unless there is a medical issue that may cause a delay or they are too young to be spayed/neutered.
