My story

Look at this beautiful girl!!
We're calling her Sierra. She is a young girl who weighs approx 10 pounds, is spayed, vaccinated, and ready to find a new forever home.

As is fairly common with the dogs we rescue from SoCA, we don't know anything about her history. But her lovely coat, tail, and lively personality tell us she could be a mini-Australian shepherd. With a sweet face like hers she should be adopted quickly.

Once adoption applications are reviewed and approved, we schedule a home visit, a meet and greet with the dog, and if all parties agree it is a good match, the adoption is formalized between the adopter and our organization.

Please know that all dogs have an adoption fee which is 100% tax deductible, and goes directly back into our funds to help rescue and provide care and treatment to older dogs or those that are in poor health and at risk of euthanasia.
