My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We heard about a shelter in TX that was needing help bad. They actually euthanize dogs every day because of the numbers they get in daily. It is hard to believe until you are down there and see for yourself. We actually drove all the way down there in a minivan to see how many dogs we could save. We got as many as we could in the minivan and ended up saving 16 dogs. They had a cart going around that was called the death cart by the volunteers. We actually saved 3 before they were going to be killed and Moses was 1 of the last 3 we pulled. He has a chemical burn on his back that is an old injury that is probably from someone buying some cheap flea/tick meds. We have seen this before and that is what happened to another dog. It does not bother him but we are afraid the hair is not going to grow back there. Moses is a sweetheart and very easy going. He is about a year old and 10lbs. He looks just like a Dachshund with long legs which we think could be the Chihuahua part. He is now fully vetted meaning fixed, current on all shots, heartworm negative, micro chipped and on monthly prevention.
