Blinky is a lanky, athletic four-month-old boy that will probably grow to be about 7-8 pounds. Blinky's mother was a Chinchilla mix who was rescued in February 2018 from a Maryland shelter and then had a litter of six babies a week later! Blinky is now neutered and vetted and ready for his forever home. He has beautiful grey-and-ruby eyes and the cutest curly whiskers.
Of all of his siblings, Blinky is the most well behaved. He has been handled every single day since birth so he is EXTREMELY sociable and acclimated to cuddling. We named him Blinky because he was the last of his litter to open his eyes and did so in his foster moms arms. Blinky is much more tidy than his brothers and is a dapper little gentleman. He has never been separated from his siblings so ideally he will need to either be adopted with one of his sisters when they are ready or as a companion for another rabbit.
If you're interested in adopting Blinky, please fill out the application at http://www.friendsofrabbits.org/forms/form?verify=abc123&formid=3852 and email Friends of Rabbits at adoptions@friendsofrabbits.org. and someone will call or email you to schedule a visit. His adoption fee is $90 (or $150 for two), which reimburses our organization for some of his care and veterinary costs. Blinky is fostered in North Potomac MD.
