My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Shilo, six years old, spayed, female and fully vaccinated.  Shilo was rescued from a backyard breeder, only to continue to live in unacceptable conditions. During Shilo's spay surgery, it was found her ovaries were infected, and had been left unattended. Fortunately, this was addressed during her spay surgery and she is now healed.  Thanks to a One Planet Rescue team member hearing about her situation, the team member suggested Shilo be surrendered.  
 
Shilo is now currently being fostered in West Vancouver, BC, with a loving family, and if you are looking to expand your fur baby family Shilo is for you! In spite of all she has endured, Shilo loves and accepts everyone she meets. She has no issues with cats, and loves the companionship of people and dogs. Shilo loves to relax with the family, or hang out at a party and  meet new people. Her excellent manners endure her to all she meets.  Playing ball is her favorite past time, she enjoys walks on leashes, and a loves to eat, (especially apples). Shilo is a happy dog who deserves to find her forever home once and for all.
