My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

dob: March 3, 2018-Lemon BeagleX...we have Mom so know that she is a pb Lemon Beagle, and can only surmise by their appearance and body structure that daddy most likely was a Beagle, as well. However, we can not swear to it! Patience and Grace appear to have the tri-colored Beagle appearance, while Buddha may have a larger hound for a daddy. Zen, Serenity and Harmony appear to have a darker line down their backs, but otherwise very much resemble their mama and body structure. ALL have their mama's Beagley bay and friendly, sweet, and gentle demeanor.

This litter of 2 males and 4 females were born in a barn to a Lemon Beagle girl we named 'Maggie May'(adopted). Maggie was seen running and hunting-typically being a loose/lost Beagle in the Saluda, SC area for approximately 1 month before giving birth to her 6 beautiful babies in 'Good Samantha's' rural barn. Samantha contacted Howlin4Spirit and asked our help in re-homing Maggie and her pups & find great fur-ever homes for each of them. Our director drove 6hrs round-trip to make sure they were in the right hands. One that knows the Beagle breed well and will be sure to find the right home/environment for their happiness and safety.

This pup is in and will remain in foster care until it has recovered from it's spay/neuter surgery.

This pup is in and will remain in foster care in Rutherfordton, NC until it has recovered from it's spay/neuter surgery(scheduled for May 29th) and adoption has been approved.

Transport to out of state adoptive family is available via Happy Dogs  Rescued Pet Transport services, to all states along the Eastern Seaboard and upstate NY. Regularly-scheduled stops in Ft WashingtonPA,   NJTnpk, Jericho &   Rye NY, JohnstonRI, ManchesterNH,   Burlington VT, Saratoga Spgs,   Albany & NewburghNY. Saturday delivery only!

Their fee is: $100 to as far N as NYC, and $125 to Long Island and all points N of NYC.

Adoption fee: $375-includes spay/neuter, micro-chip, 3 puppy boosters including 1 Lepto, Rabies and Bordatella vax, parasite-free, will be current on heart worm and flea/tick prevention, health certificate, all medical records from day#1 with Howlin4Spirit including vet's surgical notes, 1/2 gallon bag of current dry food(Tractor Supply Store's premium brand-'4health'-salmon & potato), new nylon Martingale collar and 6' leash, beef knee cap bone, copy of 'SuperPuppy-How to Raise the Best Dog You'll Ever Have!', 'Rescued Dogs Rock' car magnet, 2 pet-alert wallet cards, and 1 Kong chew toy.

If you do not have a secured fenced-in 6'high fence, or have past beagle experience, you are not the right match for the Beagle breed. Electric fences will NOT be considered, even if you do have Beagle experience. They do NOT work for Beagle/scent hounds of any kind.

However, we welcome all who do have experience or the proper environment for a Beagle's future happiness and healthy lifestyle of 'nose to the ground' scent-seeking enjoyment.
