Hi friends my name is Dougy. I’m a a 2 year old Chihuahua mix and weigh 8lbs. You can say I’m one lucky pup! The people that had me almost shipped me to Cuba. Not sure why I was going over there but I’m sure it’s not good. After Good Samaritans got involved I ended up here at P2CC. Now I’m waiting to be part of a wonderful family.
