Cartor is actively seeking his forever home. He is 14 months old, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. He absolutely LOVES to play and has loads of energy. He has met cats and doesn't mind them, but his energy seems to scare the cats because he wants to play. He needs an active family to share his energy and love with.
