My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This ltitle female was caught one day after a storm, cold, wet and scared. I picked her up and took her to the shelter, she's good with other dogs, cats and children. I was able to make contact with her owner apparently according to him/her they kept this little dog tied to a tree outside the owner refused to come to pick this sweet little girl up. Now I am trying to find her a new forever home one preferably that doesn't keep her outside tied to a tree.
