My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sugar is a beautiful little Lab mix female who is 3 months old and weighs 13 pounds. Her mother is a gorgeous English Shepherd, but it’s obvious that Dad was a Labrador Retriever. Sugar’s mother, Cookie, has an incredible personality—sweet, gentle, smart, and is going into service dog training, and Sugar has the potential to be an incredible dog with those kinds of traits as well. Sugar is the most demure and sweet of the litter, a little bit submissive, and doesn’t enjoy rough play from the other dogs. She prefers to be held and cuddled by her person, and she will give you her very sweet look to let you know that she’s ready to be spoiled. She loves to play in water and in the cool dirt, loves to play with toys, and loves other dogs. She has an incredible breed mix of two wonderful breeds, known to be loving, loyal, and intelligent. Sugar is already exhibiting great instincts at keeping her area clean, never using the bathroom anywhere near where she sleeps, and she has been this way since we’ve had her. This is the first step to housetraining, and adding crate training to her routine will make the housetraining go smoothly. She is very social and attentive, and will be an easy girl to train. Sugar is in excellent health and has been dewormed twice so far, has received her first parvo/distemper vaccination, is microchipped, and is current on heartworm and flea prevention (Advantage Multi). Sugar is too young to be spayed, but will be adopted on a Spay Contract that requires that her new family has her spayed when she is 6 months old. This amazing little girl is available for a $100 adoption fee.
