Howie is a funny little guy with an adventurous and curious side. He'll keep you busy, but he's oh so cute that he can get away with anything. He is super sweet too. He and the rest of his family were once strays, but we've had Howie since a wee little baby. He's still a little guy so he needs a family where he won't get run over and cared for well. Adoption Fee: $175
