My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stella is a 2 year old American Eskimo mix that we adopted from a shelter as a 3 month old puppy in Jan 2016. She is a very gentle, affectionate, loving girl. She loves her girls (ages 7 and 11) and being the center of attention. Unfortunately due to a recent move and job/schedule changes, she has had to spend an increasing amount of time alone in her crate. As hard as it is for our family to rehome her, we are trying to give her the best life possible.

She lived with cats for a short time as a puppy and got along well. She also gets along with other dogs but sometimes does have a “small dog complex.” She is crate trained, potty trained but does have occasional accidents in the home. My girls taught her several different commands including sit, give paw, lay down, roll over. Responds to “house” command by going to her crate. She has never bitten anyone.

I believe she would thrive in a home with kids. Help us give our girl the home she deserves.
