My mom adopted Dora about two years ago from a Philadelphia foster/rescue. We were told that she is about 12 yrs old and most likely abused since she is so protective of her humans. Last year while at a friend's house she jumped from a second floor balcony and hurt her from leg. The vet said that she could either have an amputation or be put down. We chose amputation and she adjusted well. She walks a bit slower than before but is still the same girl. My mom is no longer able to care for her as she cannot walk too well and is moving to an apartment that does not allow pets. I am really trying to give Dora a loving home so I don't have to take her to a shelter. She has a crate, bed, vet records etc. We are also willing to make a donation. She needs to be adopted by the end of the week 6.22.18. Please help!
