Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at www.paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered. Wisconsin applications are priority, but Illinois applications will be considered if no small children are present in the home, the home is owned, and excellent vet reference can be provided. We cannot process applications from other states.
Pepper is currently living in a foster home in Madison, Wisconsin.
Pepper was recently rehomed to us after her owner got a divorce and was unable to keep her in his apartment. Pepper is so smart. She knows basic commands, has great recall, and is a total lover. She always wants to know what is going on in the house so she will follow you around and 'help' with daily chores. Her favorite thing in the whole world is playing fetch. A close second is her squeaky toys. She knows the name of each of her toys and will bring you the one you ask for. Her perfect home will have a big backyard with a fence so she can do her fetch thing.
Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a home visit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.
