Carter is very intelligent, can solve his puzzles in minutes. Knows basic commands; sit, stay and goes all the way down. Hates wearing a harness, he will either destroy it or hide from you. Fetched and brings it back. Affectionate but not a lap dog. A little fearful of things, anything new in his surroundings.
