Penion was 1 of 4 dogs living in an RV. His owner was elderly and ill. He passed away recently. penion has had to deal with a lot of changes and separation from not only his human but also his other fur brothers and sister. He is a very sweet boy and would be a great companion. He is sweet, playful and loves attention.
