Meet Sade, formerly known as Sidney! This girl is named for the well known musician of the same name, and the handlers selected this name because of her peaceful and loving nature. We overlooked this girl a number of times at the shelter, because she was a black dog in a crate. When dogs are a dark color, and in a stackable crate, they are hard to see, because no light comes in from above. When we finally peered into this crate, we were enchanted by what we saw,and when we pulled her out to test her, we knew we were in love!
This little girl, who we believe to be a frenchie / pittie mix, is a the cutest little bow-legged, low riding, bowling ball headed girl we may have ever seen! When you look at her, you cannot stop a smile from sneaking across your face at her ridiculous cuteness! Her temperament is as adorable as her looks, and she is simply perfection in that little body!
She was housed in a crate, because she was badly beaten up in a run, and needed some time to heal. This is so common in an overcrowded shelter, but this sadness is all behind Sade now. There is nothing but love, cuddles and a forever home in her future. This little nugget is around 2 years old, and a solid 50 pounds of cuteness.
