My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chewie is an 11 month old lab mix. We adopted Chewie from an farm in Yakima where he and his brothers and sisters were abandoned. We got him at 3 months of age. From the start he has been an anxious but very lovable guy. He is timid about most situations at first but given a few minutes will warm up. We are having to rehome him because he has become increasingly dominant and aggressive towards our older smaller dog and does not want to listen to our sons at all who are are older children. We do not feel comfortable leaving them with him. We have taken Chewie to a trainer every month and he does his commands well but just needs a lot of one on one time me that we can not offer him in our busy household. He has never bitten anyone but has snapped at people and our children. He also guards us all, which would be nice but we have people in our home a lot and it is just a little much for this pup. We believe that if he could be the only pet in a home he would do very well.
