Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Alayna
1 year and 8 lbs. Min Pin/Chihuahua mix
Fully vetted.
Alayna is a very spunky, energetic girl who is quite opinionated. She requires a breed-savvy home with an active person willing to enroll her in obedience and perhaps a dog sport like agility. Not moving fast enough? She will let you know. She came into rescue from a situation where she was kept in a cage constantly so has been learning about being in a house since entering her foster home. She is crate trained and is house trained if kept on a schedule. While she sleeps in a crate at night, she would love sleeping on her person's bed more than anything. In typical Min Pin fashion, she burrows under blankets. Like most Min Pins, she loves to eat so is highly food motivated which helps with training. She also enjoys chew toys such as antlers and other hard bones. Alayna loves car rides, walks, and playing with other small, energetic dogs who can tolerate her rough-housing. She seems to ignore cats as well.
Alayna requires a completely secure fenced yard. This means the fence must be wood or privacy because she can climb chain link and will do it while people watch. Also, Alayna will not be adopted into a home with young children under the age of 10 since she does play rough with people.
