My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Roxy! I was used for breeding and living on chain in the backyard. I was rescued by a nice person who couldn't stand to see me living in those conditions any longer and offered the person $30 to surrender me. They did and thankfully I was able to be placed into foster care with Paws and Think Detroit. I have been doing GREAT in a true home learning how to be a dog. I LOVE my foster human siblings especially that little baby! I love to snuggle and make you happy. I am great on a leash and enjoy exploring. I am crate trained, but prefer to always be out with the family. I am still do not fully trust other dogs, however, I am working on that with my foster fur siblings. If you do have another dog, I would just need patience and time to fully let my guard down and trust them. But if you just have two legged children then I am a perfect fit for them!!! Look forward to setting up a meet and greet and finding my furever home where I will never be on a chain or used and abused ever again.
