My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phoebe was adopted as a kitten last year locally then recently ended up homeless in a shelter in Yuba County. We're not sure what went wrong as adopters never responded to inquiries - so she got bailed out of the shelter and is trying again. She’s very affectionate, fairly confident, active, and cuddly. She wants to be include in what is going on and will demand attention - not a passive, wallflower cat at all - but a great companion. This time she’s really hoping for a forever family!
