Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Milkshake and Parfait are 1 year olds. Their foster mother was returning in the middle of the night from a visit to her mother in southern California and met them outside a McDonalds in the middle of nowhere along the 5 Freeway at 2 am. The boy came up to her but wounldn't be caught, so she reluctantly left them behind but kept worrying about them. Finally, almost 2 months later - a rescue group in Los Banos was kind enough to go down (1 hr south) and trap them and she met them to pick thjem up.
They are beautiful cats - the boy is a showy classic orange tabby with white. The girl is a calico. The boy is much tamer - he likes attention, enjoys petting, is ok being picked up, and is almost learning to be a lap cat. The girl is still semi-feral - she will let herself be pet in a few safe corners; in other areas she still shies away. But they really are a bonded pair.
Is there anyone out there that would take them on - knowing both will need some time - but especially the girl - to fully settle in.
