My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm Romeo! I am a black lab, boxer mix and am about a year old. I have the energy of a puppy but am house trained and know most of my manners. I even know how to sit and shake both paws already!! The reason I find myself up for adoption, is because my previous family didn't care about me. I was found by nice police officers who knew my living situation and they picked me up to find a better life for me. They knew I was being neglected and they cited my previous owners for animal neglect. I am a hair skinny from where I need to be but am not food aggressive at all. I sometimes get spooked by loud noises but my foster parents are helping me get accustomed to them so I don't get as nervous. I also LOVE to play with my foster brother who is only a year or so older than me. I would love to go to a home that has a brother or sister I could play with! I have also been tested with young children (under the age of 4), and I liked them a lot. They gave me lots of treats!
