Acorn is a super sweet, mellow ferret who came to our rescue with an advanced case of Adrenal Disease which resulted in almost total baldness and enlargement of his prostate gland. We are currently seeking financial sponsorship to help cover the costs of Acorn's medical care and surgical removal of his diseased adrenal gland. Adoption Fee: $75

Note: All ferrets adopted from Carolina Pet Rescue recieve a physical exam, intestinal parasite check, topical flea control, monthly heartworm prevention, vaccination against rabies and distemper, and a baseline blood glucose measurement prior to adoption.
