Meet Brett, a purebred Sheltie, that spent the first 6 yrs of his life in a puppy mill. He was heart-worm positive when he entered in to rescue and has completed all of the necessary treatment and a healthy active little fellow now. He's a small little fellow, weighing 18 lbs and just a little doll but has all of the typical puppy mill behavior; very shy and timid. He has done great with his potty training and gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home. He tends to prefer his Foster mom vs his Foster dad mostly likely due to how he was treated in his previous life. He will require loads of love and patience but has huge potential in becoming a special boy to just the right person!
