Topher is a curious little fella. He's currently 14 weeks old. The shelter initially thought they would TNR him, then decided he was too small after they neutered him. and tipped his ear. We are so glad they didn't because this guy needs a home to call his own! Topher likes to snuggle and have his belly rubbed. He loves cat nip toys and feathers. Topher does well with other cats and is learning to trust his foster's large dog. He will do well with children.
