Jojo is a sweet boy, however, he's a hot mess. His owner abandoned him & basically all that I can afford to do is keep him alive at this point. I'm praying that someone with a good heart will reach out very soon because if not, I will be forced to take him to be put down. His hair is overgrown & matted, he has an eye infection & now he is limping. I don't know what else to do at this point except for to reachout for help!!!!
