Adoptions have resumed. We will need to limit the number of people in the store. If there are more people than can be accommodated inside, we will form a line outside.
Little Man was born in the Foster's home on November 4, 2017. He is very, very small, 5 lbs, and is fully grown. He loves to snuggle and has the cutest spitfire personality. He has no fear. Little Man has been diagnosed with Syringomyelia, spinal fluid accumulation. This is common in small Chihuahua dogs. Due to his small size and his disease, no children or other dogs in the home.
ARV rescued his mom Stephanie (AKA Stevie), from the shelter when she was pregnant. She had six puppies, Clover, Albert, Jack Frost, Mouse, Snowflake, and Little Man.
Stop by and meet our pets on SATURDAYS or if you are not able, email to arrange a convenient time to meet the pet. Adoption events are Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm at R and R Pet Lifestyle and Supply at 2780 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley (SE corner of Tapo Canyon and Alamo), except holiday weekends. Please email (staff@arvsimi.org) ahead to make sure a particular pet will be at adoptions. We will need to limit the number of people in the store. If there are more people than can be accommodated inside, we will form a line outside.
