Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lola is an eight-year-old, tricolor beagle. She is very sweet and happy. She's energetic, but loves to nap on the couch. Lola doesn't hate crates, and she'll switch sleeping spots between the couch, her dog bed, and the crate. She's great with dogs when off leash, but can be defensive and protective (of you!) when on leash. She loves running through obstacle courses. She also loves cuddles and pets. The perfect toy for her has yet to be found, but she can chase after a tennis ball or play with a plush toy every now and then. Lola's a night howler when sirens pass by the house, and she'll bark at strangers passing by as well. She was adopted from the Iowa City Animal Center several months ago, but she needs a new home because her owner has developed allergies. Although the allergies started out small, they gradually became more severe, and the owner cannot cuddle and pet Lola as much as she needs. Lola is a dog that likes to be near her owner(s). Her right eye has a benign cataract.
