Bonnie is a 2 year old Plott Hound/Lab mix. She was born in my home after rescuing her very pregnant mother that was abandoned in a city park. Bonnie loves the foster puppies that come in and she is a great help with them. Sometimes she plays a little too rough with the much smaller pups but it is not intentional. Bonnie has very maternal instincts.
She loves to play with toys and gets along great with kids. Bonnie would make a good family pet. She is very independent and low maintenance. She would love to have her own home and get the love she deserves. She likes to go for walks and car rides and snuggle up on her bed.
Bonnie is potty, house and crate trained. She is well socialized and just a good girl to have around. She would make a great doggy companion to another dog and would probably do best in a home where there is already a dog.
Her brother Leroy is also available for adoption.
ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED
Roxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes. Each dog comes spayed/neutered (fixed), up to date on vaccinations and rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice. They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $150.00.
Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls. We will reply to you. Thank you.
