My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, my name is Moonpie. I was born on April 29, 2018. I am a female Staffordshire/hound mix puppy looking for a fun, forever home.

My mom came into the shelter pregnant and had me and my 12 siblings and also took in another puppy in need. That makes 14 puppies! We had a bit of a rough patch a few weeks into our lives but we are healthy now and ready for our forever homes.

I'm only 10 lbs. right now, but still growing and I might get to be around 40 lbs. when I'm fully grown. I am one of the smaller puppies and also the calmest but I still love to play. I also love to cuddle and if I had to choose between that or playing with my siblings, I would choose cuddling every time. I'd do great in a home as the only puppy that could have all the cuddles but I could also use a playmate and someone to show me the ropes. My ideal family is prepared to take the time to train me; I love affection, treats and toys so I'll be a fast learner for anyone who can spend the time to help me become the best me possible!
