My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Odyssey is hands down one of the most mellow dogs I've ever met. She's so loving and wants nothing more than to just be by your side. She will follow you everywhere and loves getting pets and belly rubs. She is so calm and mellow but can jump and play when she is excited.

Odyssey gets along with dogs of all sizes. She is crate and house trained and knows all of her basic commands."

Odyssey is a ~5-6 year old Black Lab mix and ~70lbs. She came to us on 4/19/18 from Orange County Animal Services. Although the shelter staff did not realize she was pregnant upon intake, it became apparent a few weeks later when she started showing. Odyssey gave birth to 11 healthy puppies on 4/29/18.

Unfortunately, Odyssey is heartworm positive and will have to undergo heartworm treatment before she is ready for adoption. This may be done on a foster-to-adopt basis with prior approval, with heartworm treatment being covered by EPAR.
