My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alexa is sweet with the loudest purr.  About 8 months now.  Revolutioned, spayed, utd on shots, tested neg.  She has gotten so much more friendly since her brothers were adopted.  She will come to me when I’m sitting at the computer and loves to attack my toes when I’m reading in bed.  She loves the other cats and learns from them and tolerates the dogs.  She will hang back but then approach me when she sees the other cat get pet.  She licks me whenever I pet her and she has learned to beg for milk from my cereal.  She is a food hog and goes nuts at feeding time, almost tripping me and stepping in all the bowls.  She must be fed first and then cleans everyone else’s dish.  In addition, in the middle of the night, I can now pick her up and carry her to the bed.
 
I think she’d be a great companion for a lonely cat and would mimic that behavior with cat’s person.  It’ll take a little time but she’d make a wonderful pet, especially in a quieter household where she wouldn’t need to compete for attention.
