My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone!! My name is Turtle, and I am a very sweet guy who is looking for a person of my own. I am ok with other dogs and cats, but I really just want a person to call my own…I’m kind of an attention hog. I would love to have a calm home with someone to shower me with love and attention. I would do best in a home without children because sometimes sudden movements scare me. The vets tell me I am a little chunky so I would need someone to help me lose some more weight. I love going on walks and I love exploring my own fenced in yard. I am doing great with my house training too! If you are looking for a great little guy to shower with love and attention, please send the kind people taking care of me an email fast!!
**All Compassion in Action dogs must be adopted by families willing to have their pets be a part of their family and must be allowed inside—especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a “tie-out” or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced yard.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to adoption.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are in foster care in middle Tennessee and will be transported to our drop off sites after their adoption.
