My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Red fox is a male chihuahua/pomeranian mix, is about 1.5 years old, and weighs about 8lbs. He came from a hoarding situation and is very under-socialized. He would benefit from being in a home with older/considerate children only and other dogs to help show him the ropes (he also all love other dogs). He would do best in a quiet household and with a family willing to take the time to help him overcome his fears. Many things are new to him, such as learning how to walk outside and being pette d and held by people.

An approved adoption application is required. The $185 adoption fee (payable by cash only) includes spay/neuter; microchip; dental teeth cleaning (if needed prior to adoption); vaccinations; and heartworm testing. Dogs for adoption may be seen by appointment only following an approved application. Proof of completion of an obedience class is required for all dogs following adoption. Please note: while we welcome out of state applications, we do not ship our animals and require adopters to come to Holland to finalize any adoption.
